Single Core Argon Welding Fusion Machine

 
The Single Core Argon Welding Fusion Machine is designed for fusing transformer cores ranging from EI-35 to EI-66. The process involves placing the product into the welding mold, inserting the left and right core sections, pressing them together, welding the core, and finally automatic ejection.
This machine supports all bobbin structures and long lead models. It features a PLC and user-friendly HMI control system, allowing direct adjustment of welding length and speed. Operation is simple and intuitive. Water cooling is used to reduce wear and extend component life.
