Tire Venting Machine
After a green tire (an uncured tire) has been assembled, air pockets may
remain between each ply of nylon cord and the tread. These air pockets need
to be vented by the machine before the tire enters the vulcanizer for
curing. This venting process prevents air bubbles from forming on the
finished tire surface, thereby ensuring better product quality and
appearance.
